For those of you who have a mortgage loan applied during the all time high interest rate, it may be worthwhile to write to your bank right now. Ask your bank to reduce the rate since the BLR is very low at the moment. If the rate is lowered, you can save on your monthly payment.
Remember, a dollar save is a dollar earned.
